Quality Indicators (Medical/Surgical/Radiation):

1. Ovarian cancer patients have full surgical staging with goal of optimal cytoreduction at initial surgery.
2. Uterine cancer patients have full surgical staging with pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy at initial surgery.
3. Ovarian cancer patients receive neo-adjuvant chemotherapy only on protocol or following tumor board discussion.
4. Cervical cancer patients receive therapy determined by examination of patient, scans, and histology by multi-disciplinary group.
5. Ovarian cancer patients receive secondary chemotherapy or surgery only on protocol or following tumor board discussion.
6. Treatment of all patients are according to protocol – national, local, investigative.

All Patients

1. All patients with solid tumors are staged according to ACoS standards.
2. All patients who are receiving chemotherapy have a plan documented prior to administration of therapy.
